This is the site of the future supermarket, bar, shop units and apartments.  The first picture above was taken at the beginning of May 2003.  Notice the building on the left.  This is now demolished as further pictures will show.

August 2003

The picture above shows the new supermarket complex in progress.  On this day the builders had started to tile the roof.  The picture below is the same building taken from the Mullingar road.

July 2003

These 2 photos show the shop complex in progress.  The curved scaffolding on the bottom photo, shows where the future Centra shopfront will be.

September 2003

The above shot shows the new pub and restaurant in progress.  This is located beside the new shop complex.  Below is the shop complex almost completed.

Above is the entire complex.  The shop units and apartments on the right and the pub on the left.

January 2004

The above three pictures show the completed Bagnall's Centra supermarket.  Below is Bagnall's Bar and Lounge.  The final picture shows the two buildings together.  There are several shop units beside Centra that will be filling up with new businesses soon.
